• Two bedrooms are next to the Dinning room & share a separate Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
• A staircase by the dinning room leads to the private downstairs bedroom which has a sliding door that opens to the driveway & its own bath in the hallway across from the garage door. This downstairs bedroom can be an in- law quarter or an office.
• Wood & travertine flooring throughout the house except carpet in the hallway & staircase to downstairs.
• 1-car garage.
• Tenant is responsible for all utilities & yard maintenance (very low maintenance) with installed irrigation system.
